VOM 50 – is portable radial drilling machine which fully suits to the demands on quick preparations, working capacity, efficiency and accuracy regarding drilling operations on heavy and sizeable components, on machine frames and equipment, especially by their mounting. It is designed for drilling, reaming and tapping operations on components of large machine tools and forming machines, turbines, generators, compressors, different kinds of steel constructions, boilers, containers, chemical equipment, furnaces of cement works, shipbuilding etc. It is also used by engineering workshops, boiler makers, bridge builders, shipbuilding yards and heavy machine manufacturers.

Assemblies of the machine

  • Bed – casting is from the grey iron for slide adjusting
  • Bed slide – casting is from grey iron movable on bed leading
  • Column – casting is from the grey iron, which is screwed to the slide
  • Mantle – casting is from grey iron for vertical transfer of the arm
  • Bush – casting is from grey iron which is moving vertical on the column
  • Arm – casting is from the grey iron for horizontal movement in the bush
  • Drilling head – casting is from the grey iron skew between arms
  • Drilling slide – casting is from the grey iron with spiral gears
