Radial drilling machine VO 100

VO 100 – is radial drilling machine which was designed for drilling, boring, reaming and tapping operations on large and complex shape machine components. It can be used in the single-piece and series production.
The machine features high performance and precision. VO 100 machine is capable of substituting a horizontal boring machine in many cases. Machine is equipped with push-button preselection of speeds and feeds. The drilling depth is adjustable by means of a positive stop on rotary scale. The spindle head and column shell are locked electrohydraulically.

These machines are intended for machining of very long pieces. The more of drilling unites on one common bed is suitable to delivery.

Bolted to the slide drilling machine column. Rotated on the column is box-spapped shell being carried in bearings. Along the shell guide, in vertical direction, there moves the arm. Displacement of the arm along the shell is done through powre drive, by means of own electric motor, worm gearing, elevating nut, and the screw.

Assemblies of the machine

• Fundament – casting is from the grey iron, upper surface has T – slots which are instrumenting to jig the workpiece
• Column – casting is from the grey iron, which is screwed to the slide where rotate the mantle
• Mantle – casting is from grey iron boxy shape with flat hardening link for adjustment the arm
• Arm – casting is from the grey iron with hardening link for horizontal adjustment the spindle
• Spindle – casting is from the grey iron boxy shape with adapting the spindle; spindle and tailstock sleeve produced from case hardening steel
• Elekrical equipment – operating voltage 400V/ 50Hz; control voltage 24 V; execution of eletrical equipment EN 60204-1
• Accuracy of the machine – acceptance according ČSN ISO 2423 / eqivalent DN 8625 /
