Machine Tool Overhauls and Modernization

We offer both overhaul services for customers’ existing machines and an exchange-based refurbishment program, subject to stock availability. This allows customers to continue using their current machine until it is replaced by an overhauled unit, minimizing production downtime.

Each project is tailored individually. Before work begins, we jointly define the scope of the overhaul or modernization, technical requirements, and expected performance outcomes. Customers receive continuous updates regarding project progress and implemented modifications.

Modernization projects may include:

The final machine finish, including painting and surface treatment, is customized according to customer requirements to meet both technical and visual standards.

By restoring functional assemblies, machine geometries, and drive systems, it is possible to achieve performance parameters comparable to those of a new machine within the same accuracy class. Each completed project is delivered with an acceptance report and test machining results, confirming the achieved accuracy and quality of the refurbishment.

Machine Tool Service and Commissioning

Upon completion of an overhaul or modernization project, we provide installation, commissioning, precision alignment, and operator training directly at the customer’s site. This ensures that the machine can be safely and quickly reintegrated into the production process.

We specialize in the supply of spare parts, field service, complete overhauls, and modernization of legacy machine tools that continue to play an important role in manufacturing facilities throughout the Czech Republic and internationally.

A significant portion of our projects involves equipment produced by manufacturers that have ceased operations or substantially reduced production and technical support activities. The most commonly serviced brands include TRENS Trenčín, KOVOSVIT Sezimovo Ústí, TOMA Trnava, and other traditional machine tool manufacturers.

In addition, we provide service, overhauls, modernization, and spare parts supply for machines manufactured by TOS, ČKD, ŠMERAL, ŽĎAS, ZPS TAJMAC, and numerous other companies whose equipment remains widely used in industrial production.

Our extensive technical documentation, decades of practical experience, and network of qualified suppliers enable us to support machines for which original spare parts are difficult to obtain or are no longer manufactured.
