MCH 1000 FIVE AXIS
Horizontal Machining Center MCH 1000 Five Axis – simultaneous five‑axis machining with maximum flexibility
The horizontal machining center MCH 1000 Five Axis (5X) is a production‑grade CNC machine designed for simultaneous five‑axis machining of geometrically complex workpieces. It is intended for technologically demanding applications where maximum flexibility, accuracy and productivity are required. The machine supports a full range of machining technologies, from heavy roughing to precision and high‑speed finishing, all in a single setup.
The key feature of the Five Axis version is a dual‑axis tilting CNC table, which provides full five‑axis kinematics and enables efficient machining of complex spatial shapes, inclined surfaces, deep cavities and transition radii without the need for repeated repositioning or re‑clamping of the workpiece. This significantly reduces production time, improves geometric accuracy and eliminates cumulative errors between individual operations.
The machine concept is based on a proven T‑shaped bed design, ensuring optimal distribution of machining forces and high structural rigidity. The column moves transversely along the bed in the X axis, while the headstock travels vertically in the Y axis along the column guideways. Motion in the Z axis is carried out by a rotary and tilting table (B + C axes) with the clamped workpiece, forming a true five‑axis machining configuration.
The MCH 1000 Five Axis machining center is characterized by exceptionally high rigidity, high cutting performance and long‑term stable accuracy, even under demanding cutting conditions. The robust structure and optimized kinematic layout provide effective vibration damping and stable cutting conditions when machining complex and high‑value components.
An integral part of the machine concept is a coordinate‑type tool magazine, which together with automatic tool changes supports continuous production flow and high operational efficiency. The MCH 1000 Five Axis is particularly suitable for manufacturing precision components in the aerospace, energy, automotive and general engineering industries, where high demands are placed on shape accuracy and surface quality.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with remote diagnostics, enabling fast technical support, condition monitoring and efficient resolution of most machine stoppages without immediate on‑site intervention.
The horizontal machining center MCH 1000 Five Axis is supplied as a new machine, including transportation, professional installation, operator training and complete warranty and post‑warranty technical support.
The MCH 1000i machining centre is utilizable for the whole range of technologies from the power up to the high-speed machining.
