VS16 NEXT Column Drilling Machine
The VS16 NEXT column drilling machine is designed for precise drilling operations in workshops and manufacturing environments. The machine offers a drilling capacity of 16 mm in steel, a drilling depth of 120 mm and an MT2 spindle taper. The spindle feed is operated manually.
Power is transmitted by a V-belt drive with stepped pulleys. The standard VS16 NEXT version provides five spindle speeds of 450, 750, 1,200, 2,000 and 3,000 rpm. The machine is powered by a 0.75 kW motor.
The machine features a 250 × 350 mm worktable and a robust 98 mm diameter column. The distance between the spindle and worktable can be adjusted from 70 to 855 mm, providing sufficient working space for workpieces of various sizes. The spindle throat depth is 207 mm and the total machine weight is 220 kg.
