The VS20 NEXT column drilling machine is designed for precise drilling operations in workshops and manufacturing environments. It offers a drilling capacity of 20 mm in steel, a drilling depth of 120 mm and an MT3 spindle taper. The spindle feed is operated manually.
Power is transmitted by a V-belt drive with stepped pulleys. The standard VS20 NEXT version provides 12 spindle speeds ranging from 164 to 2,460 rpm. The machine is powered by a 0.75 kW motor.
The machine is equipped with a 250 × 350 mm worktable and a 98 mm diameter column. The distance between the spindle and worktable can be adjusted from 70 to 855 mm. The spindle throat depth is 207 mm and the total machine weight is 220 kg.
