VS16 VEGA Column Drilling Machine
The VS16 VEGA column drilling machine is designed for precise drilling and tapping operations in workshops and manufacturing environments. It offers a drilling capacity of 16 mm in steel, a drilling depth of 120 mm and an MT2 spindle taper. The spindle feed is operated manually.
Power is transmitted by a toothed belt drive. A frequency converter provides continuously variable spindle speed adjustment from 200 to 3,900 rpm. The machine is powered by a 3.0 kW motor and features automatic tapping for efficient thread-cutting operations.
The machine features a 250 × 350 mm worktable and a 98 mm diameter column. The spindle-to-table distance can be adjusted from 70 to 855 mm, while the throat depth is 207 mm. The working area is also equipped with integrated lighting. The total machine weight is 240 kg.
