The WFC 10 CNC machine is a new model of horizontal boring mill equipped with a spindle diameter of 100 mm. It is the smallest horizontal boring machine suitable for machining of smaller and medium sized work pieces up to 3000 kg. WFC 10 CNC is built in a standard configuration with a fixed column, moveable spindle and crosswise moveable rotary table. Due its high reliability, high cutting performance with easy of operation. The combination of operator friendly, high cutting performance and lower cost makes the WFC 10 CNC very popular with our clients. WFC 10 CNC is optionally equipped with the Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), Coolant Through Spindle, Chip Conveyor or Automatic Pallet Changer System (APC).

WRD 13 (Q) – horizontal table-type boring machine with a tool-holding slide and a work spindle is based. The headstock and the column are identical with the WHR 13 (Q) machine. The drive in the X axis is the Master&Slave system. Three linear guides in the X axis secure perfect accuracy when machining and high speed traverse up to 21,000 mm/min.

WRD 130 / WRD 150 (Q) – The WRD 130 / 150 (Q) boring machine are characterized by a modern technical design of the structure and high level of performance. The machine can be supplemented with a series of technological devices, which greatly extend the machine‘s potentialities. The machines are designed for precise, highly productive line-coordinate drilling, boring, milling and thread cutting, especially large and heavy workpieces or complicated workpieces from cast-iron, steel cast-iron and steel. The machines can be supplemented with an attachment fi eld composed of attachment plates or one as well as more tables.

WRD 170 (Q) is suitable for machining of box- and plate-type workpieces and complicated workpieces from castiron, steel cast-iron, steel and other machinable  materials, mainly large as well as the largest sizes up to 150 tons. The machine can be supplemented with a series of technological devices, which greatly extend the machine‘s flexibility.

RET10X – T-TYPE HORIZONTAL BORING MILL – Thanks to its unit principle, this machine excels in a maximum variability of designfor various technological applications. According to your specific needs, you can choose between feeds in the V axis (ram) or W axis (spindle) or in both of them. Travel ranges in the main axes X, Y and Z, the size and number (1 or 2) of clamping plates with various functions (interpolation, positioning rotary tables, non-rotating tables) can be customized. In addition, milling heads, facing heads, ATCs and further accessories are available.

CONTROLLING OF THE MACHINE

  • all machine functions, except for clamping and unclamping, are controlled via the control panel, which consists of a keyboard, a switch panel and an LCD monitor
