SN 71 Classic service is provided for a robust universal center lathe originally manufactured by TOS / TRENS Trenčín. The SN 71 Classic was designed for single‑piece and small‑batch production and for machining large‑size workpieces. Thanks to its structural rigidity, wide spindle speed range and long service life, the SN 71 Classic remains a proven machine still widely operated in manufacturing workshops as well as maintenance and repair facilities.
Although production of the SN 71 Classic lathe has been discontinued, this model remains economically viable to operate thanks to its simple and highly durable mechanical design combined with continued service support and spare part availability.
