SBE 300 CNC service is provided for this CNC lathe originally manufactured by TOS / TRENS Trenčín, designed for high‑performance and precision turning of shaft‑type and flange‑type components. Thanks to its robust construction, high rigidity and operational reliability, the SBE 300 CNC has been widely used in serial production and technologically demanding applications with continuous operation.
Although production of the SBE 300 CNC lathe has been discontinued and new machines are no longer available, this type of lathe can still be operated reliably and productively for many years with proper maintenance, professional service and targeted modernization.
Characteristics of the SBE 300 CNC Lathe
The SBE 300 CNC is a CNC lathe with two controlled axes, designed for precision machining of rotational parts. Its construction is optimized for turning shafts, flanges and other workpieces with high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
The machine is equipped with digital servo drives, ground ball screws and linear roller guideways. Direct position measurement is used on the X‑axis, significantly increasing positioning accuracy, process stability and repeatability.
