SE 1020 Numeric service is provided for the CNC universal center lathe originally manufactured by TOS / TRENS Trenčín, designed for heavy‑duty machining of rotational components with a maximum swing diameter of up to 1020 mm. The SE 1020 NUMERIC is intended for technologically demanding applications where rigidity, machining stability and long‑term accuracy when working with large workpieces are essential.
Although production of the SE 1020 NUMERIC has been discontinued, we continue to provide complete service, spare parts supply, technical support and modernization options to ensure safe and reliable long‑term operation under current manufacturing conditions.
Characteristics of the SE 1020 NUMERIC Lathe
The SE 1020 NUMERIC belongs to the category of CNC universal center lathes and is designed for machining bar stock, forgings and cut material. By combining turning operations with drilling and milling capabilities, it enables production of geometrically complex and dimensionally demanding workpieces within a single working area.
The machine is widely used for specialized turning operations in the gas, oil and water management industries, where extremely high demands are placed on accuracy, safety and operational reliability.
